What is the Teens Freedom Programme?
Freedom Programme is a domestic violence programme which was created by Pat Craven who holds the copyright (all rights reserved) and evolved from her work with perpetrators of domestic violence. We provide information, not therapy.
The Programme was primarily designed for women as victims of domestic violence, since research shows that in the vast majority of cases of serious abuse are male on female. However, the programme, when provided as a child friendly course, it is also suitable for children of a primary school age.

Teenagers Freedom Programme
The Teenagers Freedom Programmes is a 12 week course which looks at how relationships are reinforced, the behaviours they may see and the impact an abusive relationship can have on them. The course is run via zoom with access to an online home study course which is to be completed before attending sessions. Each session is 60 minutes.
